One winner will be selected at random on February 1, 2010 and notified within a week of contest end. Limit one entry per person. Prizes may only be shipped to addresses within the United States. Angeles Corporation, (“Sponsor”), reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time. Entrants understand that they will be contacted by Sponsor via email. Entrants may opt-out of promotional emails at any time by following the opt-out procedures as indicated in the email. Entrants release and hold the Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. No cash alternatives are available, unless otherwise prohibited by law. If prize is unavailable at time of prize award, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. If the selected winners cannot be contacted for any reason (within seven days from the date the winners are announced), are ineligible, fail to claim a prize, or where required, fail to timely contact a prize representative, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. All prizes not claimed will be awarded to another entrant. Entrants must be over the age of 18. The laws of the State of California and the United States apply to and govern this giveaway, and any claims must be raised and resolved in the State of California. Employees of the Sponsor or contributors to Sponsor divisions are not eligible to win.
